Smoked Salamon Pasta
Comfort food in the blink of an eye.
In winter, we want something luscious and warm. In summer we want something light and fresh. Somehow, this is both. I came up with this combination when I had very little in the fridge, yet wanted to create a little dinner, pronto. I write my notes down as I go in a notebook, just so I’ll remember.
