Yorokobi

An exotic no-cooking(!) desert

This is one of the most delicious and interesting desserts I have ever tasted. I was first treated to this by a friend who travels extensively in Middle Eastern and Asian countries. It will delight everyone! And it’s very difficult to tell what is in this once it’s all put together. The nice thing about this is that it requires no real cooking. The only work is in getting all the ingredients together. You can buy orange flower water in most good grocery stores or liquor stores. (It contains no alcohol.) It is almost like a perfume. If you can’t find it, the dessert is still wonderful, but not as exotic.
